Mae Luned Rhys Parri yn byw ac yn gweithio yn Nyffryn Nantlle, yng Ngogledd Cymru. Mae ei gwaith bob amser yn llawn cynhesrwydd a hiwmor. Wrth wneud inni wenu, ac wrth greu'r llewyrch cynnes, mae hi'n ddigon deheuig a sylwgar i ddal y manylion sy'n ein galluogi i fyd ei chymeriadau: Byd sy'n unigryw o Gymru, sydd yn gyflym diflannu. Mae'n atgoffa ni i edrych ar ôl y pethau bach, ac i gofio.
Mae'n adlewyrchu digwyddiadau bob dydd yng Nghymru yn ei delweddau tri dimensiwn hynod ryfeddol. Yn aml yn seiliedig ar y cof am gefn gwlad a threfi Cymru yn ei phlentyndod, mae Luned wrth ei bodd yn trin deunyddiau syml fel ffoil tun, cardbord, papur a gwifren - mae rhain yn cael eu cyfuno ag arwyneb paentiol i greu delweddau unigryw o ffraethineb a hiwmor tyner.

Stiwdio Pwy? Who's Studio? Luned Rhys Parri
A new series of videos from CARN, is a very special opportunity to see behind the curtain and see some of CARN's artists working within their studios. In this instalment, we visit Luned at her home Studio in Groeslon.
Luned Rhys Parri lives and works in the Nantlle Valley, in North Wales. Her work is always filled with warmth and humour. While making us smile, and while creating that warm glow inside, she is deft and observant enough to catch the telling details which allow us into her characters' world: A world that is uniquely Welsh, and may be fast disappearing. She reminds us to look after the small things, and to remember.
She evokes quintessential everyday occurrences in Wales in her wonderful, quirky, three-dimensional images. Often based on memory of the countryside and towns of Wales in her childhood, Luned loves handling simple materials such as tinfoil, cardboard, paper and wire - these are combined with a painterly surface to create a unique image of tender wit and humour.
